We are the first of many Fresh Cup locations to come and since our beginning in 2001, we have continued to develop and fine-tune our Roastery Café vision that will (r)evolutionize the current Specialty Coffee industry. A Roastery Café is different from a traditional coffee house/cafe in that, all of the coffee and majority of the food are prepared 'onsite'. Roasting our own coffee beans guarantees freshness and allows the customer to experience for themselves the old world traditions of coffee roasting, while our patented hot air roasting technology guarantees consistency. We roast different coffees from all over the world, offering various blends and single varieties. You will taste the difference as we roast only high altitude Arabica, shade grown and 'Farmer Friendly' certified organic beans in small batches... Since our inception, Fresh Cup Saanichton has won many local awards for coffee ranging from 'Best Coffee and Roasted Beans on the Saanich Peninsula' to being voted one of the 'Top 5 Coffee Houses' on Vancouver Island!
